Our interactive tools—including the Room Mission Brief Composer on our Contact page—run entirely inside your web browser using plain client-side JavaScript. Text you type into the composer is not transmitted to our servers unless you actively copy it and email it to us yourself.

When you send an email to [email protected], we receive your email address, name, and any room measurements or questions you choose to share. We use this information solely to reply to your inquiry. We never sell, rent, or trade reader email addresses to third-party marketers or list brokers.

Like all static websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard HTTP access logs (such as anonymized IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp, and requested page path) for security monitoring and preventing automated abuse. These logs are rotated and deleted within 30 days.
